We reserve the right to terminate membership for violations of our code of conduct without refund.

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you:

• Authorize us to charge your payment method for membership fees
• Confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method
• Agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Accept responsibility for any failed or declined payments

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berlin Cigar Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of membership fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that:

• Cigar smoking carries health risks
• You participate in club activities at your own risk
• We are not responsible for any health issues related to smoking
• You should consult healthcare professionals regarding smoking-related concerns
